Help! MT Breweries taking a Hit!

I know there are much more worthy petitions to ask you guys to sign, but I think this one might resonate with the NS crowd.

Basically, they are trying to pass a law that would make it illegal to drink at breweries (such as Bayern and Big Sky) before 10am and after 8pm.

Sign the attached petition to keep out breweries, tasting rooms and bars open past 8pm!

so in the USA today, they have one page with a little news blurb from every state. a recent paper's montana entry was about this proposal, and said they were "backing off" from it. is it still on the table?
