can anyone help me with this english book report (kinda) that i have to do?

so basically i had to read siddhartha and now for the essay i have to show at least 2 examples of each of these that were in the book : love, honor, and sacrifice.

i already have love and honor finished, but i need one more for sacrifice. I already have that he sacrificed a good friendship. So can anyone help me? I can't think of anymore...
 
sacrificed having an easy life living with his family.

sacrificed eating all those times.

sacrificed having his son living with him.

sacrificed all his riches as a business man.
