Help me with my computer's sound!

Here's the Deal:

Itunes, windows media player, and other programs play sound out of my speakers fine, so I'm pretty sure the sound card isnt the problem. The problem is when I'm trying to watch video on those imbedded players in internet explorer or firefox. None of them seem to work. Does anyone know how to remedy this? I'll give you a vitual cookie and handshake if you can solve my problem!

the volume is up, both on the speakers and the player, the speakers are plugged in and turned on, and the video plays.

what programs? are you not getting any audio whatsoever in these programs?

This particular program is Macromedia Flash Player, but no other non-windows media player works either. The site is www.findago.com/series. I'm trying to watch the weeds and it wont work, but it's been happening for some time now.
