Help me pick a tripod!

so i've been looking for quite some time now for a tripod and i don't know what to get, my budget is about 120. so those of you with a tripod that you really like or you have expierience in the filming, help a brother out and post some links to help me get on the right path.

Weight of camera, how high of a tripod you want etc...

I have this one for my dvx and I like it. It's cheap but has a semi fluid head, and is great for carrying around the ski hill.
