i have to do it on a event that happened in the last 5 years in a Hispanic country.

i have to write a paper too.

and i have no idea what to do...

it can be a good thing or a bad thing

Mexican drug wars. I was in TJ at the time because we thought it would be fun to drive there at 3 in the morning really wasted to get more wasted. There were lots of cops everywhere but we had no idea till we got home.
