Help me make a diss track

a couple friends made a diss track about another friend and me and him and a couple other people are putting something together to come back at it. we all suck dick at rapping, we can come up with pretty good lyrics we just aren't great at having flow. its all a joke and theres was pretty shitty but i still want to make something that at least sounds good. i dont have a lot of knowledge about music producing or anything like that but im hoping ill figure it out. i edit a lot of videos using final cut pro but after using logic pro for a little bit i realized its hard af. any tips on how to make a good sounding song or what we should use on my computer to put this together. im sure either way it wont sound good but we're trying to make something that at least sounds better than theres. also we were thinking of having gimme the loot by biggie, or letga brainz blow by heltah skeltah as the instrumenta but we dk yet. if you guys have any suggestions for good instumentals that aremt too hard to rap over lmk. thanks

Take something he's very insecure about, whatever that be and amplify that in the diss track.

instead of looking for an instrumental to rap over.... you should probs work on your voice, get some flow, and make some better lyrics. After all, you can cover a pile of shit with gold, but in the end it's still a pile of shit inside.
