Help me get a sixpack from home!

Yeah, I'll ski as often as I can when I'm not doing homework.

I go to like a twin tip club thing once a week and we get to jump at trampolines,

and the workouts there are really though.

But I've always been doing soccer (since 1st grade)

like 2-3 times a week, but I just quitted, cuz I got tired of it. But I dont have a sixpack.

Also I've done push-ups, alot of different ab exersises and some planks (static holds),

but without a lean diet.

Now I'm gonna start exersising my whole body 4 - 5 times a week, and abs every day/every other day, and eat a healthy diet. Do you think I can get a sixpack from that in like 8 weeks?

i mean if you workout intensely and diet i'm sure you could, but abs are typically one of the more difficult areas to develop so it may take longer than that. i'm tellin you bro, start fishing!!! and don't tell me it is too cold, i fish in the dead of winter and no other workout holds a candle to it!

Haha, I can't drive to the closest river and fish...

It's sounds boring (No offense at all bro :) and I don't have a fishing rod or any gear.

ha yea...you cant have access to a gym you said. Just do some crunches and other abb workouts once a day if you really want to. Your a really small kid i can assume from your weight best bet would be to get on a workout plan start lifting some weights beefing up a little bit.

orrrr, he could go back to playing nintendo and shitting his diaper.

im not ripping on you bro, but youre too young to worry about getting ripped.

fuckin kids these days.

Eat healthy and often. Small portions and if you can't understand the ingredients, it's probably shit. Veggies, fruits, lean meats, etc. If it's sweet and comes in a plastic bag, it's not for you.

Exercise. Crossfit, P90X, etc....it's all just bullshit you can do at home for free rather than spending thousands a year for someone to tell you that increasing your heart rate will burn fat. Running is also cheap. Pull ups, push ups, leg raises, crunches....all easy to do at home.

Get older. If you establish a life around taking care of yourself at the age of 14, by the time you're my age you'll probably be very happy with yourself. You get better every year as you learn more and grow.

I can't seem to find it online, but if someway you can find the Air Force's PT card for 8th week in BMT then you will be golden. It will kick your ass and if you can complete the entire thing without cutting short then you are doing well. That shit got my ripped at the end of my 8 weeks in BMT. Also the diet is a good idea. Keep carbs in the beginning of the day and shit loads of protein at night.

But to be honest man you're 14 there is no need to worry about getting a six pack just yet. I mean shit I would worry about having your balls drop first.

Go on the free section of craigslist. There is almost always a treadmill or exercise bike on there. Key to a sixpack is cutting body fat, which can be achieved by a good diet and a dick ton of cardio.
