Help making a .gif icon?

Sup M&A, I was just wondering if anyone could help me make the following imagine in to an icon for me? The original file size is 97k, and I don't know how to shrink the image to make it the 50x50 required, or how to cut it to fit into the (i think) 8k window.Please help!
