Hey I have a big problem. I'm going skiing on Sat and i brought my skies in to get mounted and they sayed my brakes were to small to fit over my ski. I desperatly need a brake for my Rossingnol Axel bindings fast. If anyone has brakes i can buy or knows where i can get them please leave me a meassage. Please some one help me out!

Ok, I have had this problem. Here is what you do. You go up to the shop guy, and say: 'Ahem... Fuck you, you useless jackass, mount my skis now, or I will never shop here again.' If they say no, take the skis elsewhere.

Seriously, who gives afuck about bending brakes??!

um, ive gotten skis mounted before by the dynastar guys, they bent my brakes. as have several ski shops

The ski shop wouldn't bend the brakes for my FK bindings over my ARV's but they did agree to mount them flat to the ski and I went home and bent them out with a broken ski pole. It worked fine and was skiing two days later. Just tell them to mount them and do the bending yourself later.

here is an acutal answer.

Call all the shops in your area and find some

Go to sportsliquidator.com and have them overnight it for 30 total. (calling usually gets you better deals and faster shipping)

Call jibij and tell josh you need that shit double quick.

Also the brakes can be interchanged if you back the heel all the way out with a screwdriver when they are mounted. For me I could swap if I needed to for just a day or weekend so if you have another pair of rossi/look on another pair of skis, borrow them for now.

Or call the guy a sissy for not bending them if it is under a 95 waist it is very possible to bend.

I found some at another christy's and they sent them up the next day.

my brakes werent wide enough either, you can get specail brakes that are wider. the shop should have them. Its only 5 bucks more for them. And if your that desperate, fuck it and bend them so you can get them later.
