have some balls and just huck it lowkey

Trampoline with tramp skis would help a lot for spins and flips, buy a used tramp. People are trying to get rid of them on marketplace sometimes for free. Focus on bigger straight airs and get confidence with keeping yourself still in the air without flailing your arms. Each jump just go slightly faster and focus on the pop on takeoff. Learning to time the pop and stay relaxed in the air is everything. It's a gradual process.

Before learning grabs you need to have your pop dialed. It's kinda corny but thinking about it in steps can help. Ever heard of ATML? Approach, Takeoff, Maneuver, Landing. Let's say you are gonna do a safety grab and are grabbing with your left hand. First find a jump that you can clear comfortably. A: On the approach you want to be nice and centered over your skis, knees bent and in the "ready position." T: When going up the lip you want to explode upwards between when your tips or front of your bindings are going off the lip. M: For doing a grab you are bringing your skis to your hand not your hand to your skis. Basically suck your knees into your chest and float a hand down, grab, hold on. L: Before doing any of the above you should know how to land without exploding. The end.

Before I do something like a big cliff or some new trick I try to hype my self up and think of other things I landed it gives me confidence I think a big part of learning is haveing good confidence that you will land on your skis

Thank you!

Trampoline for spins and also lying down with skis on trying out the grabs helped me a lot specially for the mute. I’m in my 20s just learning and having fun with it. The best mindtrick for me was thinking that it does not hurt to fall lol, it’s just snow!

you just have to do it. then when you realize it's chill you get over the fear and just send it. literally nothing else you can do.

Lol, ski instructor mode activate. Hope it works out!

I feel like I never really spent the time focusing on good form stuff like this. I’m like a gym rat who can bench 225 but with shitty form. Thanks for the tips I’ll have to remember this for the next park day
