Posture correction. Post any strategies to help. I work alot on a laptop, and I am starting have a hunch. I would love to know what other NSers do to help keep from getting all hunched over (ie. laptop on textbook, towel around shoulders). Thanks all.

And dont post pics of the Hunchback of Notre Dame caus that will make me really angry

when u sleep place a pillow under your knees and lay flat on back chin tucked. also go stand facing a corner and place your arms one on each wall at a 90 degree angle with your elbows touching the wall as well, then tuck your chin and lean into the corner stretching the area between your shoulders and pecs

You gonna give yourself tech neck.

- Stop looking down at your phone. Hold it up to eye level.

- Buy an external monitor, prop it up to eye level with books - try not to look down at your screen.

- Take a short break every 20-30 minutes and stretch your neck - in particular, do some retractions (i.e. show that illy double chin).

Try to get a standing workstation.

Also sit in a chair with arch support. And if you notice yourself slouching, sit up straight.

Working out and doing core exercises won't hurt.

I had a job with a standing workstation and I was super skeptical at first but wound up loving it.

It might hurt your feet a bit, but you won't get as fat as sitting around all day
