A while back there was a thread on a plastic ring you put around the connection from the lens to the body of a dslr to protect it from dust, water etc. Anyone know what thats called exactally, I went back like 20 pages and couldnt find it!

a clear or uv filter?i would suggest clear, since uv is the same but people have seen reduced quality with it.

Condom's suck, I've had one on a Nikon F4 when it was sharing a bag with a Nikon D4, the condom tore and now I'm stuck with a Nikon Df that the Nikon F4 won't even pay child-support for.
