Help finding a skiing job in Switzerland for next season?

Well like the title says. I have a great job waiting for me this season, but i would like to get a head start for next season since I heard that the permits/accomodations can be hard to find. I would be looking for a park job ( if they have them ), instructor position, or retail/repair position. Like im fulent in french ( my german is not so good). I would just like to know what resorts i schould look at, who to contact, how to get the proper visa/permits, and where to live.

Where do you live? If you don't have a EU passport you can pretty much forget about getting a permit, It is so hard for people outside of the EU.
