Help Decide Twin Tips

So, I have been using my brother's Line TW 22 for a bit now and I like them (these are the only twin tips i've tried). He can now ski again so I obviously need to buy my own twin tips, I have heard very good things about the k2 poachers but I know they are much different than the TWs. Is it worth getting the poachers or should i just get the newer model TW?

2024 tw’s look like shit but ski alright, very stiff, if you like the poachers they’re maybe better but i suggest you just to try some skis at your local ski hill or just look around and gather info about skis you might like.

I liked my poachers a lot skied great in and out of park. If anything look into them and demo if possible. Investing in a set of skis you like is key.

I wish i could demo but i only have one ski shop and they don't offer any demos sadly.

Honestly if you have no idea at all, get whatever looks cool and ski that. Then figure out what you like and don’t like about it, and pick what you get next based on that.

If you’re lightweight the durability trade-off from going with the tw pros doesn’t matter that much. Even more so if you growing and are gonna need a new pair in a couple years anyway. I ride the poachers but I think for younger skiers TW pros might be the better choice.

Poachers are more versatile, heavier, and durable. TWs are better for learning new tricks because of their light weight and agility. You need to figure out what you want from the ski.

thanks might just go with the TW as a safe opinion and just pick something else later on if need be.
