HELP! Cinema tools not working...

So for the first time I was trying to conform my 60p (59.94 or whatever) GH2 footy to 24p (23.98). I do batch conform and all it does is skip all of my clips. There will no shots in the conformed folder, they all are in the skipped. I've trying converting them with Clipwrap to AIC and it doesn't work, I've tried with just re-wrapping them too, but no luck. Any ideas on what I can do? Or if there is another option to conform my footy?? I needa sort this out quick I have two bike film contracts which need to be done.

you need to export them again from mpeg streamclip. for some reason, cine tools doesnt like clipwrap files
 
For some reason Cinema Tools wont conform footage transcoded with clipwrap or 5Dtorgb. Try using mpegstreamclip or log and transfer to prores in FCP.
 
Also I don't think it recognizes .mts files so I'm pretty sure you HAVE to transcode to prores.
