Help Choosing Binding

Alright so Ive got a pair of TNKs for next seson. I think I've decided on true center or close to it. Should I get the griffons? I mostly want them because theyre light. I'm also considering 4frnt bindings because there flat on the ski. Or should I wait until the fsks are released?

Of my feet have stopped growing I have a 400$ budget. I've looked into them all and tried out the griffons but anyone who has or knows alot about the fsks or deadbolts I would appreciate some info

i would stay away from the griffons if you have $400. there is a lot of plastic in the binding... i know for sure that i would have gone with something else if i had more money to blow (i paid $120 used)

My TNKs are a little on the heavy side though. Are they at least pretty light? I might go with the jesters. Im guessing the FSKs are really heavy

u got 400$ and thinking about griffons? Im no expert on bindings but I know that you can get a lot better... I bought FKS's cause I literally only had 260$ on me and they came out to be just that... I had a problem with my Marker bindings and decided Im never goin back to Marker cause lots of ppl have been having problems with the brakes and such..

Ya I had a fall where I landed goin probably 30 off a jump and my skis stayed on. I sprained my knee. The sad part is that the din was on like 9 or something. Are the FKS bindings heavy? or have they not shipped yet

i got my FKS's the other day and i cant wait to get them mounted on my henrik's. theyre pretty light, ill let you know how they feel once i mount them and ride them.

I think im gunna get the FKS 140s. Theyre like the same price as the griffon. I think I'm gunna get them when the seasons about to start tho kuz if my foot grows i wanna get FTs while im in L.A. they dont sell them here

id say they are just a tad heavier than the average binding. but the durability that comes with it is defffinalty worth it.

Get FKS. All metal construction, super bomber. Short mounting zone allowing for better flex of teh ski, and a turntable heel makign them SAFER, and allowing a more natural release, and more elastic travel.

You can buy my fks 155's. Din to 15, all metal toe. They will last longer than whatever skis you put them on for sure.

oh yeah and fks really arent that heavy. you wont notice it too much, they are lighter than px12's despite being all metal.

And its fks, not fsk noob

why are people so concerned with weight? it doesn't matter one bit in the park or anything for that matter unless you're touring

if your skis were fat and heavy in the tips then yeah it'd fuck up the swing weight but bindings are centered around your feet so it won't affect anything

Usually I wouldnt care but I skied TNKs with tyrollia bindings on them and my knees would pop when I would spin because of me trying to swing all the weight. I'm still pissed that my bindings didnt release on one of the hardest falls ive ever had when the din was on 9. Marker doesent like to release from the side

get the px's. 12 or 18 or whatever din you want. i know almost everyone in here stands up for that royal line marker came up with but i saw another broken pair this season. so yeah i'd just stay away from em. they are better than markers old stuff but not by much.

Schizos should be renamed shizos. I dont know anyone who got them that hasnt broken them. Either the track breaks or it wont stay in 1 place.
