do boots that are in half sizes have the same size shell as a regular size

ex. does a 28.5 have the same size shell as a 28 but with a bigger inner piece

also if you know how 06/07 dabello rampages fit let me know i have and average size foot width size 28

06/07 fit the same as 07/08

rampages are relatively narrow but i know kids with average width feet that had them blown out and love them.

I really would try them on a store if you never have before

Its great to see its still being used.

But not to my knowledge, there are any boots like that. The seperation is the footbed. Hope that helped!
