Helmets

You should get the giro ledge. It had really good protection and it has an adjuster that works good. I have the giro emerge which I love and had saved my head many times but I wish it had the thing in the back because it moves around without goggles.
 
Try them on and see how they feel. I got a MIPS one cause it’s like $40 more and maybe help with concussions. Also got a pret helmet which is maybe lame idk but it fit my head.

or just order a giro ledge and some full tilts.

Definitely get MIPS. You wear a helmet to protect your brain. Spend a little extra. Brand/style is your personal preference. I know Smith Maze is pretty popular and you can find it on sale sometimes
 
I have a pret cynic x and it’s the best helmet I’ve ever had, I do not even realize that I have a helmet on and I think it looks pretty good. feels great with the ear pads out and you can still use the boa dial without the liner in which is a big deal for me.
