hey NS, I'm looking at getting the giro shiv 2. is this a good helmet? any complaints? also, I'm pretty sure, however I want to double check, the ear pads and goggle holder strap are removable right?

and for interests sake, what other park helmets would you recommend?

I have the shiv 2 and don't have any problems with it. The ear pads are removable too.

Your best bet is to go into a shop and try some different helmets on with your beanie goggle combo but if you cant the shiv 2 is a great helmet with removable earpads and is pretty light

While I like mine too, this is all personal. And it goes well with any beanie that fits, not just the saga ones

On which helmet? It comes off on the maze. I'm sure it comes off on pretty much any helmet though
