Helmets for skiing and skating/biking?

Basically, I need both a new ski helmet and a new skate/bike helmet. I was just looking at some pro-tec helmets, and all the skate ones have a little disclaimer that says they don't meet certain standards and should only be used for skating. Does anyone know of some good helmets that can be used for both?

im pretty sure bern has some that can be used for both, other than that i have no idea

bern is multi season but its only a hardhat. if your really worried about safety cerifications you will probably just have to buy one for snow and one for skate/ bike.

Actually I was just looking at the Smith Holt and it looks like it's primarily a winter helmet, but it says it has a conversion kit for summer too (different pads I guess). Does anyone have experience with this helmet, and is it decently ventilated for summer use?

my sister has a holt, it seems like it would be pretty hot for summer use.

RED trace i know it's certified for skating and skiing and i'm pretty sure it's good for biking to i think the poc receptor is good for all three too
