R.E.D Hifi goes up to 65cm (XXL). I have a huge head also and I am having that trouble finding a helmet. Haven't tried the helmet on yet so I don't know how it fits

my two favorites are the smith holt (that l own) and the RED apache.They both look great with a hat under them like your said.
