Helmet help

any way to not make your head itch in a helmet? its always a problem no matter what helmet or if i am wearing anything under it or not. mostly i just end up taking it off on the chairthanks

I usually take my helmet and balclava off for a little if they start to itch. Just let the cold air soothe your head.
