Whatsup Guys…

All Mallrats jokes aside, I have a sick event to let all you Colorado people know about.

Saturday November 6th at 2pm Helly Hansen of Colorado is throwing a rail jam at FlatIron Crossing mall. They put together a pretty dope invite list including X-Games champ Sarah Burke, Mike Wilson (the guy with the huge crash in the Matchstick film this year), the Winter Park and Copper Freeride teams, the CU Snowboard Team, a couple of the Jibij guys and some other sponsored and up & coming riders.

The rail is at what’s called “Flatiron Falls� -- the artificial waterfall outside next to Galyan’s. It’s got a two section hand rail about 48 feet long with a intense kink and transfer halfway down… check the pics at www.hellycolorado.com.

They’ll be giving out free stuff, cranking to a local DJ, and riding the rail hard showing the mall junkies how we do it. Word is the Matchstick guys will be there filming, too.

Think of how happy your girlfriend will be when you say you want to go to the mall!!

Jibij team will be killing it. Jake S. is going to blow minds there. As will the rest of the team. Look for Mikey B., Jamin, and Jon Hartman to throw down some gnarly stunts. I'm not feeding them for a week, and the one who rides the best gets a candy bar, so they will be charging hard.

We'd loved to have had the Steamboat guys... lobbed a couple calls in, but apparently not to the right person.
