Helllpppp!!! Ski ideas

What’s good y’all. Usually my brain has good ideas for most skis in most situations but I straight up am having such a hard trying to decide what ski to get! I want a fuck off goof off ski to ride when the conditions aren’t perfect. I’ve got my JJ 2.0 zeros as my “regular daily ski” but I need something else to complement it. I used to get a park ski but I feel my days of riding park are getting very few A few ideas I’ve got are the stranger, reckoner 102, maybe a blade ? I’m just stumped on ideas for other skis. Ideally I’m thinking that 100ish world. Throw out anything you’ve got. Much love

Sidecut radius is a good place to start to figure it out. Short vs long have very different personalities.

If you don't know, go with a shorter radius (under 20m) as the ski will generally be more natural, playful, and easy to drive around.

If you want to go faster with more confidence, and charge down the fall line harder, but you are willing to deal with the fact that it will be hard to carve and steer on slow groomers, try something longer like 23m+.

The Fat-ypus L-toro (101mm) is my new favorite “have fun everywhere” ski. It doesn’t have a speed limit, but is still super playful and lightweight. I promise you’d have a blast on it if the sizing works for you. They usually have killer end of season sales if you can wait for a deal

Yeah that’s very true. I personally love skis that are in that 18-19.5m radius which is what I’ve owned in most my skis so that’s why I’m leaning towards the shorter radius.
