Heliskiing Info/Help?

Has anybody ever been heliskiing on NS? I was planning either this or next winter to try and get a trip together... It seems like all the tours out there cost ALOT of money, but I was curious if anyone has done it and could tell me if its worth the expense...

Is Cat skiing a better option, I believe you get more runs with this option as well and for less money... I have never done either so any input would be great...

Cat-skiing seems like the way to go, it has to be ALOT cheaper than renting a chopper and you already named off some of the other benefits. You also don't need to worry about the weather as much with a cat because pilots don't fly in the weather.

ive been heli skiing... and honestly it was some of the most fun ive ever had on skis...

however, i got hooked up with my heli skiing weekend for free. mostly because david cooper is a wicked guy... and yes, the guys that paid to be there paid a butt load to be there.

cat skiing seems like a similar if not the same quality of skiing for alot less money.

but those tours are a barrel of laughs man. really really really really fun

well it sounds like either one would be ridiculously fun and cat-skiing iz the cheaper decision if i cant (and prob wont) get sumone to take me for free so im leaning more towards that... heliskiing jus looks like the ultimate adventure on skis, especially wen u c these crazy lines guys r bustin out in movies...
