anyone get heel mashing pain when buttering (nose) or landing switch too far foreward? my heels tend to bash the rear casing of my boot...

i get it sometimes from landing swtich hard...it usually is gone by the next day though

has a lot to do with the boots id say. shops can get you with super tight boots that are like 2 sizes smaller than what you normally wear, and then they also heat mold it to your foot.... im not much of a fan, i endure the pains and joys of riding what i deem to be the 'right' size boot, although the custom footbeds thing seems to be the only way to go for many people.

so basically, check your gear and stance and where you're landing as far as fore and aft goes!

i was freestyle walking over new years and i jumped off a high roof to flat concrete and mashed my heel. it still hasn't stopped hurting so i think maybe i chipped a bone or sumfin. just thought i'd share my story.

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.
