Heavy Metal Rail Jam @ Fernie, Dec 17

yah..conditions aren't anything to write home about, but the coverage is decent for early season. Better then it's been the last few years!

I might enter the jam...gonna go sesh the rails today, i haven't been on them yet this year.
 
top of whitepass, go left off the chair. straight line the cat track all the way to the park. We have a down rail, down flat with street style take offs. A smaller rail, a down flat, big c and a hard c. pretty epic
 
Rail jam was good today. More snowboarders than skiers there. But still an ok turnout from skiers. Noteable tricks were, Joel: 450 out of the down flat, Some random i'd never seen before 450'd to the down on the down flat. Good day.
 
Yeah, the jam was a lot of fun. Good rails, some nice prizes, a few bruises and near rackage, all that is needed for a good day of skiing.
 
hell yeah... Joels 450 out was sick. the 450 to the down was pretty sketch but still a really notable trick because of the take-off. some snowboarder almost left his face on the flat-down tring to 450 into it but he kinda missed the rail. good turnout though. any idea how many entries?
 
Jibs was killing it too. Pretzel Switchup to bs 270 out on the flat down. Sick shit.

I have to admit, when I first showed up I thought "Whos this old guy?" and proceeded to find out that he kicked my ass on rails.
