Heat molding

I have some used boots and was wondering if I could remold them. If heard people say to put them in your oven and to wear them to sleep but also heard to not wear them to sleep and not put them if your oven. Just want some first hand accounts or suggestions. Thanks +k for bumps

I am actually interested in this topic. I bought a pair of Spk's off of NS a while back and I am interested in molding them.

the best way would probably be go to your shop but if you don't want to pay i really have no idea

If your liners are not new, heat moulding wont do any more than what your skiing in them has already done.If you need some modifications it requires a visit to a reputable boot fitter.

Depends on how many ski days the liner already has on it. If it has about 100 then it won't do much. But if they are not too used, and a shop tossed them on a heat stack for you, it will bring them back to life for a little bit. In the end, if they fit fine now why bother doing anything to them that would potentially change the fit?
