the sound quality is completely fine for skiing.

i bet,in fact, if you didn't know which were which you wouldn't be able to tell a differene betewen the 300's and those to pair

seriously from the 150's to the 600's (overboard) get whatever you can get cheapest

no joke.

i use 250 dollar headphones for a living, trust me on this one :-)

that's the thing it's not just for skiing. I listen to a lot of music, like... all the time basically. so i'll be using them for everything at home on the computer, skiing, cd player.

both of ^ those are a more comfortable fit, which translates to not good for skiing

i have the 700's, and i could never wear them skiing, they'd fall right off without like duct tape wrapped around my head....or goggles.

not the 600s. i haven't had experience with the 500's. if you can get them or 30, go for it, but if not, i'd say the sony mdr-v300's for sure :-)

Get Koss Porta Pros or Sporta Pros - they beat any Sony hands down, and are a hell of a lot cheaper.

Hey Mike, you're a nerd for posting pictures of headphones you wanna buy....

And sound quality don't mean shit when you're listening to Swollen Members bitch....

but in all honesty, by the headphones with the most heavy duty construction (jack, cable and where the cable joins the cans...) these will cause you the most grief. Sound quality doesn't mean shit when your skiing, as it is basically non-existent.... Peace homey M
