Headlamp for skiing and backpacking

Looking for a new headlamp. Have a couple winter camping trips planned this winter. I dont think my 19.99 wal-mart special will hold up in the elements. Good waterproof lamp with good light. I wont go cheap but id like to keep it under 90 bucks. Good battery life is a must.

Petzl or Black Diamond would be my go to reliable headlamp for any outdoor activity.

Dimmable and "red light/low power" modes are nice.

usb Rechargable + optional battery so you dont need to rely on batteries but you can use them in a pinch.
 
If you want to see shit at night while skiing, get one made for mountain biking at night. You can see everything with those
 
I have a Black Diamond that does the job well. Don't be afraid to get one with more lumens. Mine could be a little more powerful, it wouldn't hurt.
