Heading to fernie/castle

me and a buddy are heading to fernie for the 2nd to the 5th and i've only ever been to fernie once a few years ago and never been to castle. just want a heads up what are the best chairs to ski off of
 
Fernie & Castle should both be getting a pretty good wallop on WED (2nd).

Good timing.

There aren't any bad chairs at any resort, but any of the bowls at Fernie are pretty sicke, and Castle (when good) is really good too. And it's good now. Fresh lines for days and no crowds.

You'll enjoy yourself.

I was at Fernie yesterday (30th) and it friggin' slayed any other day this year.

Actually, it was probably in my top 5 days of resort skiing ever....and I ski a lot...and I'm old(er).

If you're going O/B, be safe though. The avy conditions are pretty sketchy right now.

shitty. Looks like Fernie's going to get some classic rain on Friday.

Hope it sticks to the lowest elevations.
 
I think it should stay to the lower elevations, and worst comes to worst, even if it does rain on the hill, it'll still be snowing up at whitepass, so there'll be at least one lift with great snow. I was there on the 30th too, and my god it was good. Going up tomorrow morning again, and ill be there till the 6th.
