Head vs Line

Heyy yall Iam currently wondering if I should go with the Head oblivion 94 or the line Chronic? Has anybody ever ridden one of those or maybe both of them? What about durability on them? Thanks ;)

What do you think which ski is more durable?

I treated my Head Oblivions like Ray Rice treats his wife and they are still ride great. I havent heard great things about Line durability lately tho, but I dont own any real line skis so I cant speak on em personally.

Thanks and how would you describe the Head skis? Or which ski would you chose in my situation?

I like head. I think they are a tough ski, that feels very light, has a low swing weight and is stable enough to hit Xgames size jumps while still be flexy enough to throw some butters on rollers. I really enjoy skiing rails on a ~90mm waist too so that 94 really worked well for me last season. Ill always take Head over Lines personally.

Thanks a lot it helps me chose better :)

Or how durable are the edges? I once saw a thread where a guy really hated them cause the should not be constructed as normal edges. Anyone ever had them?

Did you end up getting the Oblivion 94 in then? Just ordered a set myself, reviews seems to show it for being a solid all rounder, and pretty handy all mountain twin plank.

Yes copped a pair last year. Great ski but not so durable. Due to warranty I am getting the new one, hyped.

Mine arrived yesterday and they look ok, was hoping for even less rocker, but it is low, so figure it'll still be an improvement on my ARV but we'll see :-) Looking forward to getting them on snow in mid winter :-)

Joined in with the getting a shit standard of manufacturing from Head. 3 days riding the park in Val Thorens on the XL line kickers and the tip of the white ski has a massive to-sheet delamination in it already. Not good enough by anyone's standards. Have written to head to demand a new pair and for them to pay for transferring the Look Pivot 15s I had mounted to them in resort 5 days ago.... Utterly pony, and totally unforgivable manufacturing defect. Shouldn't happen to a ski within 4 or 5 years really.
