Just kidding, im actually posting this to say i really enjoy his steeze. i love that he doesnt afterbang completely out of control and his dub 12 blunt is the best in the game. imo
 
elias throwing the best dub in the game? hahaha. LJ, Henrik and JF all have better dub blunts than him. and he is awkward on rails.

Anyone else not like blunt grabs in double corks? Unless you show me a vid of the steeziest most flawless stylish double cork with a blunt, I think they look terrible.

I don't like them because the second flip is way too inverted and blunts look really awkward for the most part. I'd love to see cork 7 blunt to flat 3 japan
 
I'm not hating on his skill, I'm not even hating on his style. What I am saying is that the only real skiing I've seen of his, is over double corks. Yeah, his double corks are clean, but they're not exactly unique. Other than that, I haven't seen any rail game, no big mountain, not even a style edit of him doing shit like a nice floaty... anything.

He's a comp skier though... and it pays the bills, so why not, ya know?

As long as he doesn't get injured, I'd say he's got a lot of potential of becoming something more.
 

hope it works, not high quality but he stays so composed and does not even look like he is putting effort into it
 
I enjoy Elias' steeze enormously. People hate on him for the same reason they hate on Bobby- he's ridiculously good and doesn't mistakenly believe himself to be thug. Not unique? Dub 10 scissor grab? Like it or not, I've never seen anybody else do that grab with anything, let alone stomp it clean in a dub on a city jump.

At the end of the day, you lot can bitch about these guys' steeze as much as you like. They are unlikely to give a shit, nor will their sponsors, and they'll keep living the dream and you guys will still be bitching on the interwebs
 
I love Elias's style. I don't know all the technical names of things, but all know is I like what I see. And, he's always so happy and stokked on everything and appreciates his fans support. Nice guy imo.
 
He has the best switch dub 12 in the game.

Everything else he does is meh on the style side, but the switch dub 12 is so sick.

too bad every post in this thread had the underlying point of "yeah elias is cool, but im more stoked off of this guy"

Elias is a copy of Bobby, Elias slays it and wins comps just like Bobby.

But i still dont like Elias landings when he bends his knees in a sketchy way.
