I try to read as many as I can, but I can't read them all.. there are a lot... but I read as much as I can, and other people tell me if there's something I should remove.

haha no no, they aren't velcro... I got the from sweetcoz, who got them from moose... they have this little dial on the top where you turn it, and the shoe tightens.. there aren't any laces or anything. They're great.
