As one of the ONLY American Indians on this site who has more than 50% Pikuni Blood in me I can say that Andrew Jackson did some horrible shit BUT that also doesn’t mean he’s the Only one who is responsible. When the government first made “treaties” with every Indian tribe they were well meaning... however due to language barriers, a lack of knowledge of European systems and practices our people were quite Literally Fucked in the ass... * our of our land, languages, and lifestyle. The US Government did not deliver on many of their obligations that were defined by the treaties. Its like if you were to sell Ocean Front Property in Arizona to a Chinese person who doesn’t speak English and is foreign to Western Concepts.
Most Tribes and Native Civilizations did not even go to war with the US.. we honestly anticipated a great deal, many welcomed settlers, and to this day a lot of us have no bad blood against white people. We simply are re negotiating now that there are More of us now than ever whom are skilled, educated, and have accumulated some wealth.
Of course everything I said varies from tribe to tribe and nation to nation. No two tribes function the same in fact the diversity of tribal nations is so vast you cannot lump us together as if we were a single race with simple interests (Just as we wouldn’t consider a German to have the same interests not be the same as a Spaniard).

In response to the question, I think the country has bigger issues to be concerned with than who gets to have their face on currency. This subject is literally next to meaningless the only good it does is serving representation, if it were to happen would it really affect how any of you go about your day? Not at all! And if it does you are the one who has a problem.
