Hard decision

I need new skis and am currently riding 85 mm underfoot. I am looking at the k2 shreditor 92 and 102 and was wondering if you can still ski park pretty easily on the 102 because I want a wider ski for when im not lapping the park and when i go out west. My main question is are the 102s fine in the park?

If you are riding the park especially in MN go with the 92. If you ride like 50/50 park to all mountain which i assume you don't id go for the 102s. IMO the 92 will fit the bill better, but if you really wanted to go for a 102 you could, but not recommended

alright thanks ill probably have way more use with the 92 anyways given the fact that MN doesn't have good pow lol

I'm friends with someone who rides Line Blend's (100 under foot) and he likes them a lot. We live in the midwest and he primarily uses them for park. So yeah, I think 102's would be perfectly do-able for park and would be killer on trips out west.

I rode my Jessie 100s in park for a little while. They're significantly heavier so spinning is harder but the way they feel sliding on stuff is pretty cool. I felt more stable sliding features if that makes sense. I think I would still ride a little smaller because of the weight, but if there's a lighter weight ski that wide go for it!! I think you'll like it!

The 102s are a burlier ski because they are wider underfoot but if you want that extra width for stability and want a ski that can go everywhere on the mountains your skiing out west, but you should consider how many days you get out west and how many you get at Hyland and choose a ski that fits whichever type of skiing you'll be doing more
