Hard Charger

I'm currently looking for a hard charging freeride (big mtn. Comp) ski that has about a 108-114mm waist and 184-186 length. So far I have been eyeballing the Fatypus D-sender but I don't know enough about the ski. Was hoping you could throw some other suggestions my way or drop some info on the D-sender. Thanks!

Have the Dsenders in 194, things rip through just about everything and at 112 underfoot not terrible for getting back to the lifts on less than stellar snow. Found the 194s pretty playful for the length, I can imagine the shorter version with more tail rocker will be even more so. Had a lot of fun with these skis already, construction seems burly too. Ride a pair of you get a chance, enjoy riding mine.

Thanks for the reply! Haven't heard a bad thing about them and I know a guy selling an older pair for a good price which has me interested. Not too many online reviews on the ski

Idk your price point but black crows make some pretty solid skis, check out the anima or artris, there both pretty stiff and are 115 and 108 in width.

Yeah black crows are a little out of the picture as far as price goes...do most of my shopping on craigslist, but thanks for the recommendation!

Maybe I shoulda just told him to get on3ps for the same price than I wouldn’t have a rich daddy right?

maybe if you are looking at the upfront cost, but that is not the way to look at ski prices. An 800 dollar ski that lasts for 10 years is cheaper than an 800 dollar ski that lasts for 5 years.

5 if you only ski like 3 times a year
