drink some before you go to bed, then have a bottle next to you. i usually wake up about 3 or 4 hours after i go to sleep wanting more water, but then i sleep, get up normal time and im fine.
worst one i had was earlier this year, drank wayyy too much...(couple of mixers, beer, and wayyy too much bacardi) mixed drinks...didnt eat.... was on medication.... couldnt drink water, i would just throw it up. not a very fun two days.
