Halo size ?!?

hey guy i decid i will buy me a pair of armada halo im 5.9 180 lbs (not chubby i just weigth alot XD) wich size should i get ? i ride mostly park :) and do center mount should be good for these ski ?
 
You could go either 176 or 182. Since youre a heavier guy, I'd go with the 182, unless you have a preference for smaller skis
 
hhummm really that much big :O cause rigth now i ride 165 coreupt colby west (2010) and i find they are perfect ( but i think alittle bigger should be good but do longer ski ski better ?? fo like rail and stuff ?
 
165 is a little short for someone of your height, but also keep in mind that halo's have rocker, so they will feel shorter. 176 seems like it would be perfect for you
 
182 for sure!!!! I'm 5'11 and i have 182 alpha ones and love them, they feel long for a few days then you get used to them and there just awesome

also my brother is like 5'7 and is on 176 alpha 1s, go for the 182 for sure your also heavier, my friend is also 5'10 and got 182 halos , longer is better, the early rise makes them ride short, there an awesome ski you won't regret it
 
I am your height and weigh 160. After the first run with the 182 alphas i immediately wished they were longer. Light skis with rocker in the tip and tail make them ski very short. I wouldnt be afraid to size up if i were you.
 
mmmmh yeah but do you think changing from 165 to 182 would be to much a big change ?? honestly i still afraid of going 182 :S so i think 176 gonna be great !? and now i need to chose between the halo and the alpha :/
 
The alpha is only $50 more than the halo, so if you think the stiffness and slightly faster base are worth it, go for it. As for length, that's up to you, I think I 176 would be fine but it wouldn't be the end of the world if you went with a 182.
