Halloween made my street make the news

Yeah exactly, and my neighborhood is a nice area. It isn't the least bit sketchy, so its kinda surprising. but there is thought that the parents might have thrown it in or they just claimed and set it up for some reason
 
Oh and so as a result of this, multiple parents on the street have dumped all their kids candy in the garbage and then went out and bought their kids new candy to replace it

I think this is a positive things. Heroin addicts are clearly trying to be more active of our society. Now sure a mishap is bond to happen, such as a simple misplacement of a needle. But this really is a step in the right direction. This is a prime example as to how Canada is a more progressive nation then the US.

That just seems weird to put a needle in it. You think they would have put poison or something like that in it if they were intending to hurt someone
