Okay lets be honest. the only time you see a skiier land switch is the pipe is the last hit of the run. I think the skiing switch from wall to wall will start winning comps and skiiers will get major style points. tell me if i'm wrong i wanna know what people think about this idea

 
I do that some times when i ride pipe. Its realy hard to get pop fakie and it can mess up your speed, but it looks dope.

its hard to boost going switch.. when u have people airing like 20 feet out a 7foot switch hit doesnt match it.. maybe in a year or 2 we will see some switch boosting

i guess its all about consistency....you really dont want 7 ft switchs against 20 ft regulars as previously said. whatever.....in a few years every hit will be switch and people will drop in the pipe switch...how cool would that be? drop in switch to switch 9 or something on first hit??!? thated be nuts.

dude like halfway through the elevnth hour teaser some one throws it down , and actually gets pretty far out of the pipe

 
I saw lots of switch skiing in the pipe at Gravity Games. Unfortunately the guys who did it didn' t score high. Judges suck sometimes.

I think it's on OLN tonight, watch it. :)

I can think of at least 3 people at my mountain who can throw a solid switch run, including the drop in.

switch back to back with amplitude is the way pipe skiing is going its just so hard and the sport is so new that it will take some time the landing and holding speed through the transition isn't hard its the takeoff the fucks me up

Have yall ever seen bibby ski pipe? i agree that people will winn comps if they stay switch more in the pipe but its happenin.. just gotta open your eyes a little bit cause there is a bunch of thugs who throw down switch in the pipe

 
All of the top three runs at the FIS World Championships in Finland had big switch spins. (Wexcsteen, Collomb-Patton, Vanular)

 
id rather seee a big first hit with something then start to get into switch....you gotta have variety and link shit well

i saw T rainville do a 6 ft. switch-switch air. IT WAS SICK. personally I think it was cooler than a 12 ft. flair.

 
I agree, there needs to be variety. Both regular and switch about half and half
