I would have not know what to do. If he would stand up he could like faint or something

I would just call someone to get help
 
what the fuck do you want them to do?

go crowd his ass give him no air and slap his head around to see if hes cool? naw you leave him to shake off the pain right quick. and if that doesnt go down you call up the necessary paramedics. cant fuck around with head injuries. but go ahead get your friend paralyzed for trying to pick em up to their feet when their head/neck is fucked.
 
This guy is right!. It looks like they were being dicks, but they probably did everything right. We all want to help out when our friends get hurt. You want to try to make them more comfortable, so you're tempted to help them sit up or rollover. If they can do that for themselves, that's great but if you move them, you could cripple them for life. The best thing is to actually pack snow around wear they are laying so they can't move accidentally. Someone maybe should have hung with him, but the best thing they could have done was call the 911 equivalent.
 
Thats exactly what I would want my friends to do
If im conscious and moving I dont want people in my face I want to rest for a second and catch my breath before I have to talk to anybody.
