This happend like 20min from where i live, some people i know were with the guy when it happened, pretty funny. Not to mention he stomped the backie.

what a champ hahaha

not sure what he did before that to piss off the cops, but the video made them look like assholes.

However a cop probably will just put you under arrest for not listening. Whether it sticks or not doesn't matter, they just wasted your entire night and locked you in a car for 3 hours.

yeah this.

it's kinda like how when you're driving and somebody pulls out in front of you, you could smash into them just a little bit to teach them a lesson because it's legally their fault, but not worth the risk/trouble/money.

just saying, if someone were to dart out in front of your car you would stop on instinct, but if you were a fuck up you could smash into them and say there wasn't enough time to stop.

some places have laws against filming cops and a lot more places have laws against recording a cops voice. so most likely it was a good move considering he may have been arrested for recording the cops. I do agree though, if they didnt have any laws like this there he is a pussy.

that video could totally help him if he wants to fight the 'drunk in public' charge. I mean, he stomped that backflip, couldn't of been that drunk. No?

If there was ever something worth getting arrested over.

Absolute boss. I give him a 10.

He just earned himself the abortionator trick of the week.

some states have two party consent laws, like California for instance, so both parties have to consent to the recording for it to be legal.

and also to whoever was questioning why the cops arrested him....ummmm, he climbed up on top of a fucking cop car...wtf do you expect to happen?

although he should have just booked it the fuck outta there. those chubby bastards don't look like they would have been running anywhere fast...

you have absolutely no idea how driving laws work. person behind is always liable in an accident.

This video is an instant classic!! Criminal Mischief charge? He did not damage the police car. Also, how do they know he was drunk? I bet this guy gets charges dropped.

pretty sure there was a supreme court ruling not too long ago (9 months maybe?) that makes it legal in every state for someone to videotape an officer - or anyone really - on public property
