OK. I have a guitar with gold pickups and machines. They are a bitch to keep clean, they are always tarnished looking and are really hard to get clean. I used braso on them and now it just doesnt work to clean them. If anyone nows a good cleaner/polisher for what I need it wold be greatly appreciated.
 
You should:

1. Make your thread title something a little more informative about the content of your thread

2. Stop caring about how your guitar looks.
 
Stop being an asshole, he is just looking for some help.

I normally would use Naptha (lighter fluid,) available in bulk at most hardware stores. Just use a cloth, and a brush if needed. Also works on guitar finishes and can remove sticky residues without risk of harming your finish.
