Guitar halp (tunings off)

So anyone who is familier with guitars help me out. So ive been playing a song in open E tuning lately and today I tried to go back to Regular tuning eBGDAE and I have my electric tuner telling my Im tunes to regular tuning perfect. But it sounds like complete shit? what up with that?

don't use a tuner go on youtube and look up the tuning and play it by ear.

Ive always used a tuner and havnt had a problem untill now

I can tune my guitar by ear no tuner or reference noise needed, learn to do this

Check the battery of the tuner, sounds stupid. But happened to me and I didn't realize it until much later.

use harmonic tuning and made sure they're relatively tuned to each other starting with the e
