I have an idea, that has been said and probably wouldn't work:

When you sign in to NS, you have no priviledges at all, but to watch videos. For like 2-3 weeks. In this time, everyone who signs on will see the stupidity, and flamer kids being flamed worse. Hope fully, they could be more peaceful and they would have learned how to

a. Not post stupid questions taht are already answered

b. Use the search bar(there should be a damn flash animation about using the search bar haha)

c. Being nice and not flaming will keep everything at a positive level.
