Grouse Mountain presents the 2nd Annual FALL RailJam on Saturday, October 9, 2004 featuring the Vancouver Premier of FAST FOOD, a 16mm film by Alterna Action, and apres drinks & snacks in Altitudes Bistro!

Come see some of the top local pro riders warming up their jibbing skills for the upcoming season on a custom-built course including a 30' slope with stairs, 3 jibs, and snow! This urban-style setup will unveil 3 brand new jibs for the 2004/2005 season that will be located in our Advanced Park all season long.

Once the RailJam action has finished, everyone is invited to view the newest video from Alterna Action Films. It features Grouse Mountain Pro Team members JF Fortin, Travis Williams, and Donny Ellis and is filmed in numerous locations around the globe including Grouse Mountain. This event will be just a taste of what is in store for the rest of the season!

Grouse are really a bunch of cocks that try as hard as they can to be trendy but really fail pretty miserably. It's the Japanese tourists that keep that place going.

I can't belive I buy a seasons pass there year after year. Their lucky it's dirt cheap. But hey, now I got my 4x4...

Unfortunately the railjam is a snowboarding event and promotion. The riders

who participate are entered into the competition by invitation only thus

this is not an open event. We do however welcome everyone who wishes to

attend as a spectator both for the 'jam' it's self and the movie premier.

sometimes when im running water to wash dishes or something, i think about how lucky i am to have such simple access to running water and how some people will never know such a simple pleasure.

then i let it run for awhile, just because i can.
