Griffons Sliding back

Hey, i just got my binders mounted and i was wondering if this is a problem:

When i pop my boots into the binding, the heelpeice slides back about half a centimeter... should i ignore this or set the heel peice back a little bit?

I think there suppose to do this... I have look px12s and when i click in the back slides back a little bit
