griffon its cheaper but its the exact same as the jester just with different din. im 5'5 125 and with the griffon my din is at 6 1/2 and have had some gnarly crashes and only ejected once
there not the same jester is made with a better material and is more sturdable then griffren i think if you are going to invest in a nice binding go with jester. i love mine and has never let me down
you should probably go with the griffon, seeing as 7 is low on the jester spectrum. but if you going to hit your growth spurt over the summer then go for the jester. I just picked up some griffons. I ride at 6 and I was looking at the jester but they say not to ride at like the bottom of the settings.
i have griffons right now in my personal opinion i don't like them. they forward realease for no reason on me they did it the first day i had them. i turned my din all the way up to twelve and i am still having problems.
Thanks for all the responses, but I'm looking for more of an answer based on the DIN ranges of each binding, will I be safe on a 7 setting of a 6 - 16 binding?

haha the spring has so much energy kept in it that it will probably explode out. its clearly forward pressure. i can't believe someone would do that lol
i have my forward pressure adjusted right where it is suppose to be and i know its bad to max out your din i just cant afford new bindings so i have to make them last until i can buy new ones next season
The jesters are dope man! I love mine but if you need to save some cash and are always going to ride a din of 7 go with griffons but if you want a super sturdy strong binder go with the jesters!
If you are going to continue to ride with your dins at 7 the griffon will be fine for you. But if you plan on cranking up your din go with the jesters.
