Not that they are comparable to the other list (not to be sexist, eventhough I guess it is) but i guess: Jonni Mitchel, Melissa Etheridge...?

you guys are way off. ani defranco is the greatest female guitarist ever. no doubt about it.

theres a natural mystic flowing through the air if you listen carefully now you will hear. its the first trumpet calling. might as well be the last. many more will have to suffer many more will have to die dont ask me why. things are not the way they used to be.
 
ummmm... how about... ummm wait there arent really any great women guitar players, whats the deal? Well at least in 'rock' music. Lotsa good classical female guitarists.
